There were quiet and warm enough room with a TV, bedroom, as example waiting for us. Staff of our accommodation was accommodating and exceptional.

The staff were charming and lovely, they cared about us, thank you very much. The location was impressive: just a short stroll away from a beautiful new museum.

In total, it was a such great trip. Featured a coffee maker, a dining area and a seating area, the rooms were modern and well-maintained. The bathroom was nice and clean here.

Staff was hospitable plus were ready to help. Very bright lighting, spotless rooms. The bathroom was generous sized and generous-sized. The pool looked clean. I really enjoyed the exquisite location that is not far from the museum, harbor and a cute park, yet the area was really loud.

Wi-Fi was bad.

The former school-turned-accommodation has a charming history. The Castle Ballroom offers stunning views of the lighthouse and sea. The hotel grounds are ideal for leisurely walks. The modern design of the rooms is complemented by comfortable beds and quality linen. The staff's professionalism made for a memorable birthday party.

stayed at a castle in stornoway, loved the newly refurbished self-catering facility inside. Hamish, the manager, was an amazing host and shared the castle's story. Great location for walks and close to town. Upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment with harbor views was a pleasant surprise.
